- WHAT IS ENCHANTED FANDOM BOX? Enchanted Fandom is a bi-monthly subscription box for Fandom Lovers. Each box includes 5-7+ items related to that months theme
- WHAT IS A DRINKING VESSEL BOX? Our Drinking Vessel box is a monthly subscription box for Cup lovers. It includes a different drinking cup and recipe card to go with that months theme.
- DO I HAVE TO SIGN UP FOR A SUBSCRIPTION? No, you can buy a one time monthly box (gift) or a Monthly subscription box. Please look carefully for which box you would like to purchase. Our one time boxes are a bit more money.
- HOW DOES SUBSCRIPTIONS WORK? When you subscribe to Enchanted Fandom (Fandom box or Drinking Vessel box), you receive a box every other month or bi monthly). Boxes are usually shipped between the 15th and the 25th of the month, year round. Drinking Vessel boxes are shipped around 20-30th of the month
- I AM A SUBSCRIBER CAN I SKIP A MONTH? Yes, Please sign up for an account at checkout. You can cancel your membership anytime and restart it again anytime as well.
- I SUBSCRIBED THIS MONTH. WILL I GET THIS MONTH'S BOX? You will receive next month's box. The cutoff day is the last day of the month before. If you subscribe on the first of the month or after, you will receive the following month's box. Example: You subscribe on June 16th. You will receive July's box, which will ship out between July 15th and July 25th.
- I SUBSCRIBED TO THE DRINKING VESSEL BOX. WILL I GET THIS MONTHS BOX? If you subscribe before the 5th (renewals are on the 5th) you will get that month. Any purchases made the 5th and after will be for the following month) EX: You subscribe on June 5th. You will receive July's box, which will ship out between July 15th and July 25th.
- WHAT IS A THEME? Themes might be based on Movies, TV Shows, Books, pop-culture, etc. Then we search high and low for some amazing, high quality items that all go with that theme.
- WHAT AGES ARE ENCHANTED FANDOM BOXES SUITABLE FOR? The boxes are suitable for ages 17 to infinity.
- I PURCHASED A PAST BOX AND/OR A ITEM. WHEN CAN I EXPECT IT TO SHIP? Past boxes/item usually ship with in 3-5 business days. Shirts will ship 1-2 weeks.
- I ORDER A PAST ITEM WITH A MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION BOX. WHEN WILL IT SHIP? If you purchase an item along with your monthly box. It will ship with your box. We will not send out multiple packages. We suggest you to order 2 different purchases if you would like the item before your monthly box ships.
BILLING, COST, PAYMENT, PRICING
- HOW MUCH DOES ENCHANTED FANDOM MONTHLY FANDOM BOX COST? Enchanted Fandom offers 2 plans for you to choose from: A one time purchase at $34. or billed monthly at $29.99 each month
- HOW MUCH DOES A DRINKING VESSEL BOX COST? Drinking Vessel boxes cost $15 for a one time purchase or $12 when you subscribe monthly.
- WHEN WILL THE PAYMENT BE DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT? Accounts are billed on the first day of the month. Drinking Vessel boxes renew on the 5th of the month. If you have our 1 Month At A Time plan your account is billed each month.
- CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION? You can cancel your subscription any time. If you are on the monthly plan your subscription will terminate immediately, although if you've recently been charged for that month's box you will still receive that box in the mail.
- WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT? We currently accept all major credit cards and Paypal.
- DOES ENCHANTED FANDOM SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? Yes! We ship to the United States, Canada, and almost all other countries worldwide!
- HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST? Shipping is calculated based on your location. You can see your shipping cost as you go through the Check Out process.
- WHEN ARE THE BOXES SHIPPED? Boxes are shipped between the 15th and the 25th of each month.
- IS THE SHIPPING TRACKED? Yes! As soon as we ship your box you will receive an email with a tracking number so you'll know just when your box will arrive.
- WHEN WILL MY BOX ARRIVE? We ship priority mail so you should receive your box a few days after we ship it! You will be able to track your box with a tracking number that we will email to you.
- INTERNATIONAL IMPORT TAXES AND FEES. We are not responsible for any fees associated with customs or imports. There is no way for us to collect these fees and remit them on your behalf. We also have no way of knowing if you will have to pay them or what they will be as it varies by each order. By purchasing our items, the buyer resumes responsibility of paying all applicable fees and taxes. We will not refund shipping on orders that are returned to us because fees were not paid. We will refund the items purchased when received.
- I AM SUBSCRIBED, CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS? Yes! Just contact us at Support@enchantedfandom.com. If you are on our monthly plan, please be sure you update your shipping information before the 1st of the month in order to avoid any shipping errors. When subscriptions renew on the 1st of the month, they renew with the address on your account at the time of renewal.
- I HAVE A SINGLE PURCHASE, CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS? Yes! Please see above.
- I FORGOT TO CHANGE MY ADDRESS AND IT SHIPPED SOMEWHERE ELSE. If you provide the incorrect address, did not contact us to update your address and a package is returned, you are responsible for additional charges to re-ship your item. If you prefer a refund rather than reshipment you will receive the refund of the item minus the shipping costs.
RETURNS AND SUPPORT
- CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE THE BOX I RECEIVED? No, sorry. We do not accept returns or exchanges on our boxes. If for any reason a box/item needs to be sent back it is the customers responsibility to pay for shipping back to us.
- ONE OF THE ITEMS IN MY BOX WAS BROKEN/DAMAGED, WHAT DO I DO? Please let us know right away so we can resend you the item. email us at Support@enchantedfandom.com with in 5 days of receiving the box. Any time after that we will not consider replacement items.
- DAMAGE POLICIES: Be ready to provide photos of the damaged item/s and the box, showing the shipping label. As a general rule, we are unable to replace a product if only the packaging is damaged. All replacements are at the discretion of Enchanted Fandom customer support. In the event of damage we will refund or reship once, we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during the reshipment. You may be asked to destroy your damaged item before we can provide a replacement. Please do not dispose of your item before receiving confirmation we are able to replace it. In the rare event we cannot replace an item (first time), a partial refund will be offered. Enchanted Fandom does not replace books for minor damage. Only substantial damage will be considered. Bent ends or jacket folds are not considered.
- CAN I CANCEL A ORDER? We understand mistakes happen. You can cancel any order within 5 hours of an order being placed. After this we can not cancel any order. Please make sure to order carefully.
- I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ITEMS YET. CAN YOU HELP ME? Of course! Please provide us your name and address or an order number so we can look up your order. We are happy to help! Email us at Supprt@enchantedfandom.com
- MY PACKAGE SAYS DELIVERED BUT I NEVER RECEIVED IT. We are sorry this has happened. Unfortunately, we only have the information provided to us by the tracking. We recommend before writing us, to reach out to to your local post office and/or your mail delivery person as they will be able to provide you with the GPS coordinates of delivery. With the GPS coordinates we can file a claim with USPS for reimbursement if it was mis-delivered and may lead to the recovery of the package. Unfortunately, if the package was removed from your property, a police report may need to be filed.
